What Kind Of Account Is Right For You?
Loyalty Account
Our basic account is a loyalty account, designed for anyone who wants to track their purchases and qualify for contractor-level pricing. We believe in rewarding the customers who choose to build their projects with us.
This account helps us get to know you and your projects better. We’re here to support your success with personalized service and competitive pricing.
Deposit Account
A deposit account lets you pre-pay and then make purchases against the balance on your account. You can assign authorized buyers to the account, and any credits will be automatically applied back to your balance.
Deposit accounts are a convenient & secure way to do business when you’re sub-contracting or managing work through multiple team members.
30-Day Credit Account
For qualified home builders, organizations, and municipalities, we offer a 30-day revolving line of credit. This type of account streamlines purchasing and job management, keeping your projects moving without interruption.
For builders and developers, we can help bridge gaps in cash flow between project milestones. See below for complete terms and conditions.
30-Day Credit Terms & Conditions
Billing & Payment Terms
- Electronic statements are sent on the 1st of each month; mailed statements are sent on the 3rd.
- Payment is due on the 10th of each month for the complete balance of the previous month’s charges.
- Current payments (within 30 days) may be made by cash, check, ACH, or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 1.25% processing fee.
- Accounts over 30 days past due will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the complete balance and may only be paid by cash, check, or ACH. Credit card payments are not accepted for past-due balances.
- Seriously delinquent accounts may result in account suspension, account termination, liens filed on property, or legal action. We reserve the right to place liens on any accounts more than 30 days past due.
Delivery Services
- Materials must be ordered 1-3 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
- Free delivery includes up to 4 delivery drops and 1 pickup per job within Zones 1-3. Orders under $1,000 and deliveries to Zone 4 and beyond will incur delivery charges.
- Pickups of leftover materials must be scheduled 1-3 days in advance and typically occur between 2-6 PM. Materials must be sorted and organized for efficient pickup.
- Delivery Zones are calculated based on the nearest store from the delivery location.
Zone 1: Under 8 miles
Zone 2: 8 – 15 miles
Zone 3: 16 – 23 miles
Zone 4: 24 – 30 miles
Account Setup & Management
- Physical addresses and lot numbers must be provided in advance to create sub-accounts for proper job tracking.
- A list of authorized purchasers must be provided so we know who is approved to charge to your account.
- Every account will be assigned a dedicated sales representative to assist with quotes, questions, and orders.
