This Ensures That You Have One Receipt That Shows What Material You Purchased And That The Labor Will Be Provided By One Of Our Preferred Installers.

If You Have Any Issues With Your Flooring After They Have Been Purchased And Installed, Give Us A Call And A Trained Specialist Will Stop By Your Home To Inspect The Floors. Improper Installation

If Your Brand-New Floors** Are Showing Signs Of Bubbling, Warping, Cracking, Or Has Gaps, These Might Be Signs That The Floors Have Been Improperly Installed. If It Is Determined That The Damage Was Due To Installer Error, Matt’s Building Materials Will Send One Of Our Installers To Correct The Mistakes (Including Providing New Material If Necessary) At No Cost To You.

Improper Use

Our Flooring Installation Guarantee Does Not Cover Improper Use. This Includes But Is Not Limited To; Scratches/Scuffing, Stains, Loss Of Gloss, Indentation From Improper Loading, Damage From Furniture/Vacuum Cleaners/Appliances, Intentional Abuse, Minor Color Variations, Or Discoloring Due To Moisture. This Protection Varies By The Type & Style Of Flooring You Purchase. Ask Your Salesmen For More Information.

External Damage

We Do Not Cover Damage From Fires, Flooding, Construction, Or Standing Water.

Installation Outside Of Intended Areas

Floors Are Designed And Manufactured For Specific Areas And Levels Of Use. We Will Not Cover Damage Due To Installing Floors Outside Of Their Intended Use. This Includes Installing Residential Flooring In Commercial Areas Or Installing Indoor Flooring In Outdoor Areas.
