Matt’s Building Materials Flooring Installation Guarantee
When You Work With Matt’s Building Materials For Your Flooring Installation, We Will Not Only Guarantee Your Floors Are Free From Any Manufacturer’s Defects, But We Will Also Guarantee That Your Floors Are Installed Quickly And Correctly. We Have Long Relationships With Flooring Installers That We Trust To Do Great Work.
How It Works
After You Have Received A Quote From One Of Our Preferred Installers And Have Selected What Kind Of Flooring You Will Be Purchasing, We Will Add The Cost Of Labor To Your Quote. This Ensures That You Have One Receipt That Shows What Material You Purchased And That The Labor Will Be Provided By One Of Our Preferred Installers.
If You Have Any Issues With Your Flooring After They Have Been Purchased And Installed, Give Us A Call And A Trained Specialist Will Stop By Your Home To Inspect The Floors. We Will Determine If The Problem Was Due To A Manufacturer Defect, Improper Installation, Or Other Damage (Such As Water Damage, Or Improper Use).
If It Is Determined That The Problem Is Due To A Manufacturer Defect, We Will Guide You Through The Warranty Process So You Can Have The Problem Quickly Taken Care Of. If It Is Due To Improper Installation, We Will Make Sure A Contractor Stops By (With New Material If Necessary) And Corrects The Problem. All Of This Is Covered At No Additional Expense To You.
Our Flooring Installation Guarantee Covers
Manufacturer Defects
As Long As They Are Within The Warranty Period*, Matt’s Building Materials Will Guide You Through The Warranty Process And Work With You And The Manufacturer To Get Your Floors Replaced As Quickly As Possible.
*Warranty Length And Terms Depend On What Kind Of Flooring You Purchase, Ask Your Salesmen For More Details. Not All Floors Come With A Warranty On Materials.
Improper Installation
If Your Brand-New Floors** Are Showing Signs Of Bubbling, Warping, Cracking, Or Has Gaps, These Might Be Signs That The Floors Have Been Improperly Installed. If It Is Determined That The Damage Was Due To Installer Error, Matt’s Building Materials Will Send One Of Our Installers To Correct The Mistakes (Including Providing New Material If Necessary) At No Cost To You.
**We Will Only Fix Improper Installation If You Let Us Know About The Problem Within 1-Year Of Purchase/Installation**
